Covid-19
The wellbeing of clients, staff and anyone else connected to the firm is our primary concern during this difficult period.
Accordingly we have put in place measures to ensure that that anyone who needs our assistance, advice and support is able to continue to contact us and access our services whilst also adhering to the government advice on how to prevent or limit the spread of Covid19 such as social distancing and increased hygiene.
Our offices remain open but we would ask that any visitors telephone us first before arriving at the office. We are not at present allowing any clients into the office premises in order to protect our staff but we are able to facilitate the execution of documents e.g. Wills, Powers of Attorney or Property Deeds at a safe distance in the open air in the office car park or alternatively if necessary at a client’s residence.
Although we not therefore taking face to face meetings in the office at present our lawyers and staff are still available for you to speak with or contact via the usual means i.e telephone or email. You will find each of our individual lawyers details noted on our website under “Our People”. Although some of our lawyers are currently working remotely all correspondence including post, inbound telephone calls and emails are being diverted and therefore will be picked up and answered.
Should you wish to still speak with one of the team in person and do not wish to or are unable to attend the office we are happy to make suitable alternative arrangements. We are able to organise meetings via video conferencing so if you do want to speak with us face-to-face then this is not a problem.
Waugh & Co remains committed to supporting our clients during this difficult time and therefore if you need to contact us for any reason then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
